Julia & Isaac’s Austin record store couples session is EVERYTHING. Our first stop was at a local record store called Antone’s, it had a very eclectic vibe and a HUGE selection of music. Next, we headed to South Congress to walk around and explore. It was a really cloudy day so it got dark very quickly but I ended up LOVING all the low-light photos we got to take!! My goal for their engagement session was to capture photos that felt very cinematic, like scenes from a movie. I think what helped us achieve that was planning their session like a date night. When you do something that is a shared interest of yours (like browsing music at the record store) it really makes the whole session feel more natural.
Side note: How cool is the Austin Motel neon sign?! That phrase could not have been more perfect at describing their wedding day haha!! Fun fact, Julia and I actually went to high school together! Funny enough, we were actually in the same photography class! Julia and Isaac are such sweet, faithful, creative people and I can’t wait to celebrate them on their big day!!
