I LOVE the rain. Anytime it starts to rain I am automatically 10 times happier and more productive haha!! When I arrived at Anna & Daniel’s venue and realized it was going to be a rainy wedding day I was so freakin excited!! Throughout the day there were times it was pouring too hard outside and we would shoot photos indoors but when it was just drizzling we took photos outside and it was SOOO dreamy!! We were able to shoot the majority of the couples’ photos outside which was a HUGE blessing.

The best way to start off a wedding day is to set all your details aside in a box! Anna was very organized and so right when I arrived I was able to get to work on her details. I’m still obsessed with her engraved lipstick, it added such a luxurious and personalized feel to the photos.

During the ceremony, it was very rainy, and because of this, it started to get dark really quickly. Despite it getting dark the chapel had huge windows which allowed for a ton of natural light!! Afterward, during the reception, a bunch of the wedding party ran outside to dance in the rain which was so freaking cute!! Also, another thing I LOVED about Anna & Daniel’s reception is that they had a coffee bar!! In addition to that their cups had custom stickers with their puppies on them. Finally, we ended the night with a sparkler exit, and even got to use a cute umbrella! I feel so lucky to have gotten to work with such a sweet couple and photograph such a whimsical rainy wedding day!!
