I see a lot of brides who struggle with feeling like their wedding has to be picture-perfect for Instagram. Then on the actual wedding day, it feels like a production because they spend so much time taking posed photos. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge advocate for the importance of wedding photos! At the same time if I could give one piece of advice to brides it would be this; let your day be documented exactly how it was.

I’m so excited to share one of the most special sessions I’ve ever shot with you! My cousins play such huge roles in my life and hold such a big part of my heart. As far back as I can remember and until the age of 10 our families grew up in the same house and then on the same property. Growing up with 9 cousins who felt as close as siblings was foundational to who I am today. Most of my happiest childhood memories were spent with my cousins, it was like having built-in best friends haha!

Senior year is a milestone that deserves to be celebrated with fun experiences and stunning photos! Ali’s downtown Austin senior session is a perfect example.

This Laguna Gloria surprise proposal is one of the most pure and genuine moments I’ve ever witnessed! Jack first reached out to me with the help of Nat’s best friend, Grace. All three of us hopped on a Facetime call where we got to chat all about Nat and what her dream proposal would look like. During that call it was so obvious how happy Grace was for her bestie, and how excited Jack was to plan something Nat would remember forever!

One of my favorite packages I offer is BFF mini senior sessions! BFF sessions are an hour long, they include individual photos for each girl AND photos together. This session with Sophie & Sammy was so special and fun because they were so authentically themselves! They danced, laughed, and twirled into the sunset together and it was MAGICAL.

This sweet Micro-Wedding at The Grand Lady stole my heart! Short but emotion-packed, Alex & Alejandra’s wedding was filled with meaningful moments between all their family members and friends present.

This year I partnered with Wild Roots to bring my couples Christmas glamping mini-sessions! This was my first time ever hosting “give-back minis”. I absolutely loved being able to use my skill set to raise money for a deserving non-profit!

This.Freakin.Session. Alli’s Circle C Senior Session literally inspired me to get back into senior photography. She reached out to me with just complete trust in my photography even though I had virtually no recent senior portfolio!
